Refund Policy
We accept returns for faults or defects. We do not accept returns for change of mind or due to reasons other than faults or defects. You must be the original owner/purchaser of the goods to be eligible to for a return.
You must return the entire product including all parts included with the original item in new, unused and unopended. You’ll also need the original receipt / proof of purchase.
Any shipping or restocking costs are the responsibility of the customer and cannot be refunded unless the product is faulty.
Any refunds will be less the cost of shipping, including orders that met the minimum order value to be eligible for free shipping. This means that if the original order did meet the minimum requirement for free shipping and you return the product, the refund value will be less the cost of our original shipping cost that we paid to deliver the order to you. This cost will be charged at the full rate/cost of the delivery as charged by the courier/delivery service plus any packaging and handling costs to be determined by Rogue Canopies.
As authorized agents and resellers for many brands with different guarantees, warranty and exchange polices, we may also assist with the return or exchange under that company’s policy/guarantee, but only if approved by that company and Rogue Canopies.
Please do not return freight or send back any items until you have discussed it with us first and been approved to do so.
To start a return, you contact us to discuss before sending items back. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned or exchanged, like perishable goods, clearance items, worn clothing, made to order products, custom products or special-order items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
