Domestic Shipping

Rates are calculated at checkout based on size, weight, and destination. We primarily use Australia Post, but larger/heavier items (e.g., roof racks, fridges) are sent via our courier network.

Free Shipping

Free shipping is available only for selected items and locations. If eligible, the discount applies automatically at checkout. Clearance and sale items may be excluded.

Due to increased freight costs we simply cannot offer free shipping for all items and locations.

Items that are excluded from the free shipping offer are primarily the heavy and/or bulky items, or any item with a packed length over 100cm. This includes but is not limited to our Roof Bars and Unistrut channel in lengths over 100cm.

Processing & Dispatch Timeframes

Most orders ship within 1 business day, but can take 2-3 days to process and pack at times. Expect potential delays during peak sales and holiday periods.

If you are having trouble checking out you may be outside out standard shipping zone, please contact us for a custom shipping quote.

Shipping Insurance

Insurance is not included with any order unless pre-arranged. Quotes are provided on a case-by-case basis and are non-refundable. Contact us prior to ordering if you would like to purchase shipping insurance.
