V3 Side Mount Canopy Air Vent with Filter

Rogue Canopies Side Mount Canopy Air Vents are a low profile, universal bolt-on vent designed to allow clean airflow while restricting dust and water ingress.

Designed for side-canopy installation, this variant primarily functions as an exhaust during travel. Its rear-facing louvers restrict direct water and dust ingress; consequently, we recommend using side-mount vents only if your setup includes other intakes to provide airflow into the canopy. 

UPDATED V3 DESIGN 

The updated V3 design features a new Injection molded ABS filter housing that improves both the fit and seal of the filter, while also enhancing airflow when used with a fan kit.

HOW IT WORKS

The design is simple but effective, with two externally mounted plates seperating out most of the solid objects, dust and water, with air then forced to pass through the filter. 

The filter is mounted in the updated V3 filter housing that improves both the fit and seal of the filter to the internal wall of the canopy, where it can be easily removed for cleaning or replacement.

FITTING INSTRUCTIONS

IMPORTANT TO NOTE

1. Some of the photos showing the vent fitted to a canopy are a non bolt-on design that these vents are based on, so while the concept and general appearance is similiar, the difference is that the louvre plate will be bolted onto the front underneath the external cover. 
2. While we have completed rigorous testing and are satisfied with the results, any vent or hole in your canopy has the potential to leak if used incorrectly, not properly sealed, submerged or exposed to extreme pressure, weather events or hoses/car washes. You are responsible for the proper installation, use and regular maintenance of this product including inspection and adjustment for wear, damage and seal integrity. Rogue Canopies will not be held liable for any leaks or damage to property as a result of installing this product.
3. The new V3 version of our vent now includes an injection moulded black plastic fitler housing that will be supplied with all colour variants.
